As a rental property manager, I offer personal touch rental property management services by giving each one of my rental properties my personal attention which creates a positive experience with both owners and tenants because:

  • I’m easy to get a hold of
  • I return calls promptly
  • I expect the rent to be paid on the due date, and only offer a 1 day grace period to encourage the rent to be paid on time;
  • Rent is deposited into the owners bank account so the owner receives it promptly.
  • I offer a fast turn around on repairs which results in a great rapport with tenants; and
  • I have an excellent maintenance team that does very quality work reasonable fees; and

Rental Property Management Services:

  • Handling move-outs/turnovers;
  • Filling vacancies with quality tenants;
  • Handling the complete rental process which includes preparing the lease and meeting with the tenant to sign it;
  • Seeing to all repairs/maintenance work as quickly as possible, preferably within 2 days. (My maintenance people email their invoices to me and I forward to the owner.)
  • Experience in ice dams and the prevention of ice dams by removing snow off of roofs and the actual removable of ice dams if it becomes necessary.
  • Making sure the tenants are taking care of all yard maintenance and snow removal.
  • Scheduling periodic walk-throughs.
